Cappuccino

Good morning,
today La Costa Rica will show how we think a real Cappuccino should be made.

We will obviously start from a fine La Costa Rica Coffee. We usually use 7 grams in order to have approximately 40 cc. of coffee. We then use high quality whole milk to get a single capuccino.  We heat the milk with a vapor tube: We remind everybody that milk must never be heated twice and it should never reach its boiling point.

We then put the milk in the inclined cup with a linear movement.

And now your capuccino is ready!
